BOATS, ENGINES & TRAILERS
Many people choose to advertise their boat and engine with the trailer. Often you can pick up a real bargain with not only the trailer you were looking for but also a boat complete with engine for little more than you were willing to pay for just a boat trailer. I recently bought a boat this way because a friend was looking for a boat trailer for his Bayliner. He was having difficulty acquiring a trailer but found plenty of trailers being sold with boats that were projects - needing work to finish them. So I took the boat while he took the trailer. We both benefited and both got a bargain.
So consider this when looking for a boat trailer. You can always sell the boat separately and recoup the money spent on buying your trailer. Worth considering? There are many prople who enjoy fitting out boats and will take the project boat off your hands while you have the opportunity to use the trailer bought for a bargain price!
